What is the dress code for Welcome Party?
Cocktail Attire: Women are invited to wear any length cocktail dress, suit, jumpsuit or set. Men are welcome to wear a button down with or without a jacket, no tie required.
What is the dress code for the Wedding?
Black Tie: We ask that women wear formal floor-length gowns and men wear tuxedos.
What are the cutoff dates to book rooms under the room blocks?
- Monday December 23rd, 2024 for the Biltmore
- Tuesday January 21st, 2025 for both Thesis and Aloft
Will transportation be provided?
Guests are welcome to take advantage of Uber/Lyft as Coral Gables is a rideshare friendly city. Transportation on Saturday will not be provided as the ceremony, cocktail party, dinner, and reception are all located on the Biltmore grounds.
Is there an inclement weather plan?
Yes, each event has a backup location inside the same venue. Biltmore and YSD Events staff will be available to direct guests accordingly.
